TJC is a respected member of the jewellery industry and has grown to become one of the largest jewellery retailers in the UK. It is a popular brand amongst those who love luxury. As a large-scale business it was important that kept on top of our filings and we looked for a solution after HMRC introduced MTD (making tax digital) to automate VAT submission and came across Platned Syngco through a colleague. They gave us a very professional demo of the business application and set up a trial environment providing training until we were ready to go ahead. After two weeks we were completely happy, and we could submit VAT through their MTD solution and get the HMRC confirmation back to the system. Currently the MTD solution is picking up VAT data from an excel file and the solution can integrate with our Ms Dynamics ERP solution. The next step is to complete that integration with the help of Planted Syngco who have been very helpful throughout this process.
