Chamara Arunoda
Chamara is a senior professional with over two decades of experience in the software services and finance industries. His prior work experience in supporting customers, in the finance, manufacturing, projects, service, and supply chain spheres enable him to gauge customer expectations – which stands him in good stead when predicting industry trends and position, that allow Platned to keep ahead of the rest.
Harsha Yapa
An astute systems engineer with a vast knowledge of IT in the areas of network and software engineering, Harsha has over a decade’s experience in these fields. His research runs into AI technology, such as Brain Computer Interface Technologies, Robots with Biological Brains, Functional Electrical Stimulation & Deep Brain Stimulation and Multi Agent Systems for Scheduling.
Saminda Gunawardana
A detailed-oriented, responsible, and committed IT professional with over 20 years of experience, Saminda has a refined ability to align teams to work towards common goals and KPIs. He is a specialist in IT service delivery, IT consultancy, technological solutions for business processors, deep knowledge of information systems, security consultancy services to enterprise IT projects, cloud services, Windows server environments, and Wide Area Networking that combine modern IT architecture with the highest level of secure solution delivery.
Pragash Somasundaram
Pragash overlooks sales and marketing at Platned. He is passionate about making a difference and having a sense of purpose. With years of experience in the IT, Telecom and Finance industries, Pragash is keen to make Platned a leader in this domain by expanding its reach to multiple countries. Pragash can naturally identify the diverse talents needed to assemble a successful team. A team that supports building a business that enables accelerated growth when required. Pragash values hard work and a willingness to learn from others, always seeking out individuals who have a positive attitude, are hardworking and are committed to self-learning.
Paul Massey
Paul’s early career in industry was as a management accountant and after several roles across Finance functions, he became increasingly specialised in the implementation of accounting, and then broader ERP systems, subsequently making a move into the software industry. From 1997, Paul was a key player in the team that went on to establish IFS in the UK. Paul spent 8 years as UK Consulting Services Director—building and growing the services and support operation —before becoming Managing Director for the newly formed IFS region of Europe West (comprising UK, France, Spain & Portugal) in 2006. During the next 12+ years, Paul was a key member of the global IFS executive team and executive sponsor of the consulting function across the IFS group. Paul retired from his role at IFS in 2018 and has subsequently been helping organisations to significantly grow their businesses within the IFS Partner Network.
Steve Boreham
A self-motivated and proactive self-starter and senior leader with 30 years of technical support and professional services experience from start-up upwards, Steve was a former VP, Global Support and Global Head of Critical Intervention Management at IFS. He embodies the ‘customer first ‘attitude and enjoys leading customer and cross-functional focus on the end-to-end customer experiences and outcomes.
Hesha Pasquel
Hesha is a seasoned finance professional with three decades of experience in the industry. She leads the Finance, HR, and Admin functions with distinction at Platned. A board member and our finance director, she plays a pivotal role in driving financial strategy, optimising Platned Group performance, and ensuring robust financial governance.
