A professional with over 26 years of proficiency in high-end industry parallels in the financial analysis, corporate finance, strategic finance, and financial consultancy areas. He ascended in the corporate ladder working with leading organisations in senior finance positions assisting him to commence a 16-year-old partnership with one of the blue-chips in the industry, IFS. Along with the expertise gathered on the dependency of the configuration and the inter-relationship between applications, to separate functional designs, and problem solving, his areas of expertise extend to R&D and Project Management.
Harsha Yapa
A profound system engineer with a vast IT knowledge in the areas of network and software engineering, with over 10 years of experience in these fields. The ability to work as an integrator who connects IT requirements to the organisational needs, whilst being able to respond to ever-changing requirements by network structures. His research consists of AI technology like the Brain Computer Interface Technologies, Robots with Biological Brains, Functional Electrical Stimulation & Deep Brain Stimulation and Multi Agent Systems for Scheduling.

Pragash Somasundaram

Paul Massey
Paul’s early career in industry was as a management accountant with Lucas Industries, Dunlop & Thorn EMI. After several roles across the finance functions, he became increasingly specialized in the implementation of accounting, and then broader ERP systems and subsequently made a move into the software industry. After initial experience with Pansophic Systems and Marcam Corporation, Paul joined Avalon Software when it set up in the UK and then from 1997 was a key player in the team that went on to establish IFS in the UK. Paul spent 8 years as UK Consulting Services Director—building and growing the services and support operation —before becoming Managing Director for the newly formed IFS region of Europe West (comprising UK, France, Spain & Portugal) in 2006. As the company went from strength to strength in the subsequent 12+ years, Paul was a key member of the global IFS Executive Team and executive sponsor of the consulting function across the IFS group. More specifically, he oversaw his own region more than quadrupling in size through both organic and inorganic growth, to become one of the largest and most important regions for IFS – a c. £95M turnover business with 350+ employees. Paul retired from his role at IFS in 2018 and has subsequently been helping organisations to significantly grow their businesses within the IFS Partner Network. Outside of the business world, Paul has also been Chairman of Lichfield Rugby Club since 2015.
Steve Boreham
A self-motivated and proactive self-starter and senior leader with 30 years of technical support and professional services experience from start-up, through the enterprise cloud software leader that is IFS where he was most recently VP Global Support and Global Head of Critical Intervention Management, to Platned, the ERP and IT solutions company with a total customer focus. Steve embodies Customer First and enjoys leading customer and cross-functional focus on the end-to-end customer experience, outcomes, and through this, the results that bring value.
