Role Overview

Are you an experienced IFS Technical Consultant who has a sound understanding of the IFS Technical expertise and looking for a new opportunity with a fast-growing global business?

This highly visible role will see you at the forefront of delivering premium IFS offerings directly with Platned customers.

Responsibilities

• Possess an in-depth understanding of Platned’s technology solutions and services, with expertise in IFS Solutions.
• Lead client engagement activities, including requirements gathering, solution design, and ensuring the alignment of technical solutions with client needs.
• Take a hands-on approach in configuring, customizing, and deploying technical solutions to meet client objectives.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide technical guidance to project teams, ensuring successful project execution.
• Provide expert-level support to clients during and after the implementation phase, resolving complex issues and ensuring the functionality of solutions.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and best practices.
• Stay at the forefront of industry trends and technologies, while contributing to the professional development of team members.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including project managers, developers, and analysts, to drive project success.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for further collaboration.
• Lead quality assurance and testing efforts, ensuring that solutions meet Platned’s highest standards of excellence.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
• Proven experience in technical consulting or a related field.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong passion for technology and a desire to make a meaningful impact.
• Ability to work well both in a team and independently.
• Expertise in implementing new customization in IFS Application 10 and Cloud would be an added advantage.
