As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a dedicated Customer Coordinator to support and enhance customer engagement across our operations. Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Project Manager. Reporting to the Head of Project Management, this highly visible role will see you overseeing and managing various projects within the organization, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements for ERP implementation projects.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.
- Allocate resources effectively to ensure project milestones are achieved on schedule, including coordinating with functional leads, developers, and consultants.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure successful project delivery.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure that ERP solutions meet client requirements and industry standards.
- Facilitate organizational change management processes to support ERP implementation initiatives and drive user adoption.
- Monitor project budget and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial constraints while delivering high-quality solutions.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular progress reports to clients and senior management.
- Assist management with reporting, coordination, and customer engagement activities.
- Contribute to improving customer experience, project coordination, and internal operational processes.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- PMP/ CSM/ PMI-ACP/PRINCE2 Certification(s) will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in ERP implementation or IT consulting.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, and their implementation methodologies. Experience with IFS ERP System will be an added advantage.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration to achieve project objectives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally to client sites as needed.
