As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced IFS ERP Consultant to support market expansion across the United Kingdom. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team at the forefront of IFS-driven business transformation.

Role Overview

Are you an experienced IFS ERP Consultant with strong functional knowledge in one or more core modules such as Finance or Supply Chain? Are you looking for a new opportunity within a fast-growing global business?

Reporting to the Support Manager, this highly visible role places you at the forefront of delivering premium IFS offerings directly to Platned customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customers’ business processes, ensure alignment with best practices, and provide expert guidance to help them unlock the full potential of IFS ERP.
• Configure and optimize IFS ERP modules to meet unique client requirements, ensuring seamless alignment with their operational goals and working alongside with cross-functional teams.
• Support customers throughout the ERP lifecycle from initial setup and training to ongoing maintenance, ensuring smooth adoption and long-term value and maintain proper communications with the customer.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration problems quickly and effectively, maintaining business continuity and meeting SLA targets & KPIs.
• Conduct thorough root cause analysis (RCA) to eliminate recurring issues and deliver sustainable solutions.
• Proactively recommend enhancements and process optimizations that add measurable value to customer operations.
• Continuously expand your knowledge of IFS ERP functionality, new features, and industry best practices to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• A bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with an ERP application in a functional area related to Finance or Supply Chain
• Solid understanding of fundamental concepts within the relevant functional domain.
• Previous experience with IFS is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset while effectively collaborating within a team.
• Implementation experience is not mandatory but considered an advantage.
• Consulting experience and an IFS Practitioner certification are desirable.
