As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a dedicated Customer Coordinator to support and enhance customer engagement across our operations. Role Overview
The Customer Coordinator will serve as a key point of contact between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, timely coordination, and a high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires strong organisational skills, customer relationship management capabilities, and project coordination experience to support the successful delivery of customer engagements and operational activities.
The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and service requests.
- Support project coordination activities, including tracking timelines, deliverables, action items, and project milestones.
- Work closely with project managers, consultants, and operational teams to ensure smooth execution of customer engagements.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding project updates, timelines, and service delivery matters.
- Monitor project progress and escalate risks, delays, or issues to relevant stakeholders when necessary.
- Schedule and coordinate customer meetings, project discussions, workshops, and follow-up sessions.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, reports, and status updates.
- Track customer requests, escalations, and pending actions to ensure closure within agreed timelines.
- Support onboarding activities for new customers where required.
- Ensure customer and project-related information is accurately maintained within company systems.
- Assist management with reporting, coordination, and customer engagement activities.
- Contribute to improving customer experience, project coordination, and internal operational processes.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Essential
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, IT, Project
- Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in customer service, project coordination, administration, account support, or similar roles is preferred.
- Basic understanding of project management principles, task tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Professional attitude with a customer-centric mindset.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience working in an IT, ERP, or professional services environment would be an advantage.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms would be beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
