IFS Associate/ ERP Consultant (North America Shift)

Role Overview

Are you an experienced IFS ERP Consultant with strong functional knowledge in one or more core modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Service and Maintenance? Are you looking for a new opportunity within a fast-growing global business?

Reporting to the Support Manager, this highly visible role places you at the forefront of delivering premium IFS offerings directly to Platned customers.

Responsibilities

• Advise and guide customers by understanding their business needs, challenging assumptions where necessary, and helping them optimise their usage of IFS products.
• Configure IFS ERP software to align with specific client requirements for optimal performance.
• Participate in various phases of the project lifecycle, including delivering customer training.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance services to ensure long-term success of implemented ERP systems.
• Respond to and resolve IFS-related issues, including system errors, performance challenges, and integration problems, ensuring uninterrupted operations while meeting SLA commitments.
• Deliver permanent solutions for recurring issues through thorough RCA processes.
• Identify value-adding improvement opportunities within customer operations.
• Continuously strengthen your expertise in IFS ERP functionality by staying updated on new features and best practices.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities

• A bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with an ERP application in a functional area related to Finance, Supply Chain, Service, or Maintenance.
• Solid understanding of fundamental concepts within the relevant functional domain.
• Previous experience with IFS is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset while effectively collaborating within a team.
• Implementation experience is not mandatory but considered an advantage.
• Consulting experience and an IFS Practitioner certification are desirable.

Working Environment

This role operates on the North America shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM Sri Lanka time).
