Intern – Technical Consulting (Software Engineering)

Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and talented Interns to join the Platned Technical Consulting Team.  This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of technology and business. Additionally, this will offer you the chance to acquire practical experience with leading ERP systems like IFS. 

Responsibilities

• Assist in the technical implementation, configuration, and support of IFS ERP systems.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to gather and analyze client requirements.
• Participate in the development and execution of test plans to ensure system functionality.
• Support the troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues.
• Document processes, configurations, and client requirements.
• Provide training and support to end-users as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities 

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Computing, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C#, or SQL.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
